None of this is meant to sound strict. It's a small studio with one chair, so a late cancellation isn't a gap in a rota — it's the whole afternoon.
By appointment only
Every appointment is booked ahead. It's a home studio with one chair, so there's no walk-in and no waiting room — you get the room to yourself for your whole appointment.
Requests, then a confirmation
The form below is a request, not a locked-in booking. Cassie replies within a day to confirm the time and send the address.
24 hours to cancel or move
Life happens and rescheduling is free with a day's notice. Under 24 hours or a no-show, half the service price is due before the next booking.
Please come with bare hands
No polish from elsewhere, and no acrylic or dip that needs drilling off — that's a different removal and needs its own time slot. Gel-X from a previous appointment here is fine.
Kids and guests
It's a family home, so the studio only has room for the person in the chair. Please don't bring extra guests or children to the appointment.
If you're unwell
Hands that close to each other for ninety minutes means a cold travels easily. Message to move your appointment — no fee for that.
